Verifying your PayPal account will allow you spend your money as much as you want but without verification you will be restricted to a limit transaction of $250.

1. After clicking on the “agree and create account button, a new page for filling in your bank credit card details would be displayed. I used GT Bank’s Naira MasterCard to verify my own PayPal account.

2. Navigate to your dashboard if you are not redirected automatically. On the right hand side of your dashboard, Click on “Link and confirm credit or debit card” or “Get Verified” button in your account’s dashboard, carefully input your GTBank Mastercard details here again, click on “Continue”.

The SMS should read something like this; Acct: ******3425

Good work your doing, keep it up. My question is, hence you said Nigerian PayPal account can’t be used to buy something on Jumia and Konga. Which other Nigerian allowed online shop can PayPal be used, especially for those who don’t transfer money internationally but receives little money from freelance online jobs.

What do you need code for? “can my paypal account with my UBA card pay money or carry out transactions?” Yes, but you can’t receive money with it here in Nigeria.
